Biography
Chen SHEN is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Public and International Affairs (PIA), City University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on policy integration, and she is interested in using big data to solve policy problems. She has also engaged in performance management and citizen engagement, and actively pursued multi-disciplinary research.
