Biography

Dr. Chak Fu Lam is a Professor of Management. His research focuses on voice behavior, or communication of creative ideas that challenge status quo and yet benefit the organization. He is particularly interested in exploring how employees express these ideas to their managers, and how managers respond to their ideas. His research has appeared in Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Perspectives, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. He earned his Ph.D. in Management and Organization from the University of MIchigan's Ross School of Business.
