Dr. Chak Fu Lam is an Assistant Professor of Management. His research focuses on why employees may express their ideas, opinions, and concerns automatically without being concerned about the pros and cons of voice. He also examines how those individuals express their ideas to their managers, and how managers respond to them. His research has appeared in journals including Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Perspectives, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. He earned his Ph.D. in Management and Organization from the University of MIchigan's Ross School of Business.
