Binzizi DONG was pursuing her PhD at the Laboratory for Public Management & Policy (LaMP). Binzizi was awarded the Dissertation Fellowship in July 2024 by the China-America Association for Public Affairs (CAAPA). She received her degree in October 2024 and took a postdoctoral position at the Centre for Public Affairs and Law (CPAL) at the City University of Hong Kong. Her research primarily focuses on behavioral public administration, with interests in citizen-government relationships and public e-service delivery. Her expertise includes experimental vignette methodology and natural language processing.
