Binzizi DONG was pursuing her PhD at the Department of Public & International Affairs at City University of Hong Kong. Binzizi was awarded the Dissertation Fellowship in July 2024 by the China-America Association for Public Affairs (CAAPA). She received her degree in October 2024 and took a postdoctoral position at the Centre for Public Affairs and Law (CPAL) at the City University of Hong Kong. Her research primarily focuses on behavioral public administration and computational social sciences, with an emphasis on citizen-government relationships and public e-service delivery. From massive data analysis to self-reported data analysis, Binzizi has developed her research path: exploring patterns in big data and further studying the mechanisms underlying these patterns through field, online, and laboratory experiments. Her expertise includes experimental vignette methodology and machine learning approach.
