Biography

Abhimanyu Thakur obtained his B. Pharm. (2009-13) from B.C.D.A. College of Pharmacy & Technology (affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India), and M. Pharm. (2013-15) from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology, Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra, Ranchi, India. After working in Quintiles Research Ltd. (now IQVIA) as Pharmacovigilance Safety Associate, he joined Dr. Youngjin Lee's lab at Department of Biomedical Sciences, City University of Hong Kong (CityU) in September, 2015. He obtained PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Glioma Biology) in Aug 2019. His PhD work is about glioma (brain cancer) biology. Currently, he is working as a Post-doctoral Fellow.
