Ms. LU Angel (盧秋澖)

Angel is currently a part-time PhD candidate from the Department of Information Systems at City University of Hong Kong. She obtained her master's degree in Education from the University of Hong Kong. Angel is devoted to provide eLearning pedagogical support and consultation to teachers and subject matter experts on campus to effectively deliver education content to students. Her research interests lies in the areas of instructional practices, technology mediated learning, design science, machine learning and gamification.

Having joined City University of Hong Kong in 2015, Angel worked as a part-time Senior Research Assistant. With a strong interest in e-learning padegogy, Angel took on a new position, full time Instructional Designer, at CityU in 2018. Angel was later promoted to Assistant Manager in Teaching and Learning at Talent and Education Development Office (TED) in 2022.
