The Guangdong Provincial Higher Court has initiated a project to harmonise legal and institutional standards in the Greater Bay Area by issuing judicial interpretations that guide case adjudication across all courts in Guangdong, incorporating legal rules and doctrines from Hong Kong and Macau Law. By invitation, I joined the committee of experts to advise the court on how Hong Kong civil and commercial rules can be seamlessly integrated into the judicial interpretation.
