Led the research team to conduct research titled “Project Smangus - D.I.Y. Negative Pressure Air Shield Device for Senior Health”

During COVID-19 outbreak, to reduce the cross-infection at nursing homes, Professor TSOU Jin Yeu led his research team to conduct a project titled “Project Smagnus - D.I.Y. Negative Pressure Air Shield Device for Senior Health”. The a “negative pressure” shield was designed and assembled at two nursing homes in Tseung Kwan O and Kowloon for trial operation. This research was targeted to reduce the cross-infection at nursing homes as well as benefit to the Hong Kong society during the COVID-19 outbreak.
