Changes in the U.S. Securities Regulations

My paper "Party Building or Noisy Signaling? The Contours of Political Conformity in Chinese Corporate Governance" published with the Journal of Legal Studies in 2021 was cited in the comment to the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act Disclosure on April 5, 2021. The submitted public comment was finally accepted by the SEC and lead to the rule change by the SEC on December 2, 2021. My paper has made policy impact and lead to changes in securities regulations.
