Description

Description本港市面有牛丸早前曾驗出不含牛肉,明報於9月委託城大檢測凍肉店、食肆及超市出售的5款牛丸及牛筋丸,發現銅鑼灣鵝頸橋街市凍肉店出售的牛丸,一粒牛丸有5種基因,包括黃牛、馬、豬、雞及水牛;大昌食品市場及百佳冷凍食品出售的牛丸則含有豬肉。大昌食品市場承認牛筋丸有豬肉成分,食品標籤出錯,已即時回收;百佳冷凍食品則稱,有監控牛丸品質安全。食安中心及海關表示會跟進。
