    "Trump's tariff increases are aimed at using the power of the U.S. single market to achieve reindustrialization. This is essentially the American version of a dual circulation strategy. However, due to the reduced availability of the global market (as other countries and corporate states may set up trade barriers against the U.S.), even if the goal of reindustrialization is achieved, the results will be limited. It may ultimately help the U.S. become a regional power."
