I was the Chief Investigator of this research project and helped Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service gain the sponsorship of HK$1,415,400.00 from Standing Committee on Language Education and Research, HKSAR. (Ref. no. EDB(LE) /P&R/CL/84/8). I and other colleagues planned, designed and operated a series of intensive course for the NCS school leavers. We successfully gained the accreditation from the HKCAAVQ and the course proposal was highly recommended by the panel members.
