University of Pennsylvania, Institute for Law & Economics invited me to participate in the Fall Corporate Roundtable in 2023. This is a highly selective conference among US corporate law professors. Around 80 scholars, judges and practitioners were invited to discuss cutting edge corporate law issues and trends.
