This project operated under “alternative carers’ caring model” in the community connected people without relations or consanguinity together as a family. With the belief of “Caring and loving your neighbours as yourself” of Chinese cultural and Christianity, the project is initiated by a church-based neigbbourhood elderly centre with community outreach services, aiming to increase well-being, sense of belonging, and inter-generational connections in the neighbourhood.
