A Special Issue on Dispute Settlement in the Belt and Road Initiative. We are pleased to announce the publication of Issue 1, Vol. 8 of The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law (Oxford University Press), with Wang Jiangyu as the managing editor. A special issue on “Dispute Settlement in the Belt and Road Initiative”, it features three invited essays by judges from Singapore’s Supreme Court and China’s Supreme People’s Court, five scholarly articles on across the board issues concerning investment treaties, conflict of laws, cross-border insolvency law, blockchain financial transactions, and geopolitics and international law, as well as three pieces of national/regional perspectives from Singapore, Hong Kong and Central Asia.
