The S20+ is a flagship annual event of the Guangzhou Institute of GBA, one of the leading think tanks in China. It was described by the GIGBA as follows:On November 11, 2024, the 3rd "G20+ Strategic Thinkers" (S20+) Dialogue, hosted by the Guangzhou Greater Bay Area Institute for International Studies, successfully concluded at the Guangzhou International Shipping Center.
The S20+ Dialogue is a flagship international conference initiated by the Institute, serving as a vital platform for strategists and thinkers from G20 member states and other regions to engage in dialogue, exchange ideas, and share insights.
This year’s dialogue focused on the theme "U.S. Politics and the Global Order", inviting several international strategists and thinkers to explore topics such as "The World Order After the U.S. Presidential Election" and "How G20 Countries Should Respond to the Evolving Global Order."
I chaired a panel and presented on the impact of US-China rivalry on the rules-based international order.
