Dr Annis Fung has been the consultant/ trainer at Social Welfare Department since 2015.
She was the trainer for the Training Course on Helping the At-risk Children and Adolescents Trainer with Conduct Problems and Antisocial Behaviours and for the Seminar on the Handling of Aggressive Behaviour among Young People from 2015 to 2017.
