Phoebe Man has created nine series of socially engaged art within 4 years (2012-6). They are related to issues of sexual assault, housing problem and politics. There were more than ten thousand participants of these projects. These nine projects have been complied to a book with her own as well as the participants’ reflections and also about how her strategies of making socially engaged art changed over the period. In this talk, Phoebe Man introduced her work and the socially engaged art in Hong Kong.
