My Citizens Panel: New approaches to citizen satisfaction and public policy polling

The Laboratory for Public Management and Policy (LaMP) applies experimental research designs to questions of public management and policy. This talk introduces the "My Citizens Panel" mobile app and demonstrates its potential using the topics of citizen satisfaction and examples of topical questions of public policy.
