ＨＫＡＧＥ is non-governmental organisation, providing research-based information and support to all gifted students aged 10-18 (through our programmes), teachers (through our training opportunities) and their parents (through our programmes and hotline) across Hong Kong. I serve as a member in the Affective Education committee of the Academy providing advice and direction on the affective development of gifted learners.
