Description

Geolingual Studies is an innovative area of research and teaching which takes a decisively applied linguistic approach and combines methodologies from linguistics, geography, digital humanities and natural language processing. This workshop explores new approaches to urban spaces regarding the complex interrelation between physical space, human behaviour, identity shaping, and the perception and evaluation of place.
