1. To assist in evaluating the performance of the grantees of the Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme (ACDFS).
2. To assist in assessing the applications of the ACDFS as follows when being enlisted as members of Assessment Panels:
To attend interviews and presentations of ACDFS applicants.
To provide comments on and contribute to the deliberations pertaining to assessment of individual ACDFS applications and give markings according to the marking scheme and criteria approved by the Advisory Committee on Arts Development.
