李芝蘭教授於5月20日在中國人事科學研究院就「綠色金融人才素質能力要求與培養」一題進行演講。李教授以早前香港持續發展研究中心進行的香港綠色工作研究為例，指出社會對於綠色金融人才有懇切的需求，並提出幾項培育綠色金融人才的方法，從而令社會能更好地與國際接軌，並促進綠色金融的發展。
