Professor Tsou hosted the distinguished lecture on “Singapore: Key Planning and Development Priorities” which delivered by Professor Heng Chye Kiang, Department of Architecture, School of Design and Environment, National University of Singapore. Meanwhile, Professor Tsou hosted the discussion session to conduct academic exchanges with Professor Heng regarding the experience of urban planning strategies in Hong Kong and Singapore.
