Professor Tsou delivered the Distinguished Talk titled “Design, Construction and Operation of Low-carb Building”, which is organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, HKU, ASHRAE Hong Kong Chapter, and China Green Building (Hong Kong) Council. Professor Tsou shared his experience of green building design not only in Hong Kong but in the Greater Bay Area as well; and shared his view on the contribution of green building design to low-carb buildings. This distinguished talk attracts many professionals from architecture, engineering, and related field, and young talents who are interested in green building and low-carbon development and innovations.
