This conference, jointly organized by Wang Jiangyu of the Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law (RCCL) and Zhu Guobin of the Public Law and Human Rights Forum of the City University of Hong Kong School of Law, has convened a group of leading scholars and policymakers from Asia and other parts of the world to evaluate the performance of different models/approaches of fighting the pandemic in Asia and examine governance-related regulatory issues legitimacy, rule of law, rights protection, policy-making process, public health system, government-business relations, corporate social responsibility, regional economic integration, and global governance.Research Unit / Event Journal/Book Series
