Conference ThemeThe China and Higher Education 2024 (ChinaHE24) conference aims to gather scholars, educators, postgraduate students, and policymakers interested in understanding and driving transformative shifts in China's higher education (HE) landscape to consider how collaboration among Chinese and international academics, teachers, practitioners, and institutions can bring about change in the wider field of higher education. The conference will provide a platform to explore the dynamic interplay between collaboration, innovation, and systemic change within and among Chinese higher education institutions (HEIs) and their international counterparts.
Central to the conference theme is an examination of the various forms of collaboration that are reshaping the higher education sector in China. The papers and discussions are intended to explore the efforts between universities, industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to build partnerships that drive innovation, knowledge transfer, and skill development to meet the evolving needs of the higher education sectors, the economy, and society.
