Asian Law & Society Association (ALSA) Junior Scholar Workshop

Description

Participated in the 2025 Early Career / Junior Scholar Workshop at the Asian Law and Society Association (ALSA) Annual Meeting, held in-person at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on 11 December 2025. As a selected junior scholar, I presented a draft paper titled 'The Anti-Discrimination Policy Sandbox: A Preemptive Institutional Framework for Difference-Sensitive Governance in Asia' and received in-depth feedback from senior and emerging scholars in grouped thematic sessions. The workshop also included seminars on research methods, academic writing, and publishing, facilitating mentoring and network building in the field of Asian law and society studies.
